There's a really unique streetwear store which is trying get a new game. At first glance, DopeHut.com appears like a well-designed but traditional e-commerce website. After a little bit browsing, it will become obvious that it store is not traditional. From the homepage to your philanthropic business, tag heuer is bringing a whole lot of innovation towards industry. Will this small idealistic company function as the desolate man independent fashion?

DopeHut's business design is focused on helping independent brands run and grow easily. The website supplies a combination e-commerce and warehousing service especially made for independent clothing brands. Brands send their items to DopeHut's warehouse, and DopeHut ships out all orders. This allows customers to buy from a variety of independent brands while still purchasing in one store. The system works like Amazon.com's Fulfillment program limited to indie brands.

DopeHut's service can be just what artists and independent brands are already waiting for. This service would be suitable for designers and artists that are looking for to cultivate a brand and not having to be concerned about running a warehouse. However, DopeHut's service is not accessible to anyone; only certain brands are accepted. "It's everything about the customer experience. At the end for the day, young children and can customers don't plan to be bombarded with products that we can never want. We won't sacrifice the customer experience to manufacture a couple extra dollars" says Felix Cheung, founder of DopeHut.

The firm has begun to bring innovation to the shopping on the internet experience. When first landing on the website, they make sure you'll observe their "Product Feed." The feed acts such as the Facebook news feed or Twitter timeline, but instead of your friend's pearls of wisdom, the Product Feed shows a continuous stream of dope clothing. The browsing experience is not difficult but smooth. I could see this feature becoming more and more addictive while they combine products and features.

DopeHut doesn't seem satisfied in just setting up a splash in independent fashion. The company promises to donate 50% of the annual profits to charity. DopeHut states its goal is to produce a company that "does good" instead of "do no evil." This proposition sounds too good to be true, although the owner seems intent on which makes it work.

"We're not likely to run this provider using things as they are. I believe the united states was built upon chasing and creating an ideal. I am dedicated to making DopeHut one particualr company that is targeted on giving back in society, while still being in the position to grow being a business" says Cheung.

Although idealistic, the proprietor understands the problem of his task. "The difficult part just isn't achieving the perfect but rebuild sustainable and everlasting; the right has to withstand pressure from shareholders, media, and trends" says Cheung. When asked whether e-commerce model is really a a reaction to Occupy Wall Street, Cheung replies

"This company was shaped from the same frustration over the system for the reason that Occupy movement. The DopeHut philosophy is also a respond to corporate greed. But e-commerce philosophy came to be way before any Occupy Wall Street tweets. DopeHut wishes to cause change by developing a successful example for other programs to follow along with, not by causing change through politics."

This online business is setting lots of lofty goals. I wish to stay skeptical generally idealistic companies claiming to accomplish good. However, I am hoping this provider can stay with its promises and make up a platform for independent brands to be successful. I also hope DopeHut proves it is possible to ensure that you merge philanthropy and business. Who knows, maybe an excellent is achievable.
